Pamela Nelson

Health and Welfare Consultant

Pamela Nelson is a career educator having graduated with Bachelor of Education from Rusden State College, part of the Monash University, in 1981. She also has a certificate 1V in Training and Assessment and a certificate 2 in Community services childcare.

Her primary background has been Health science through all levels of the secondary school system. Highly regarded amongst her piers with a list of successful responsibilities that include, Head of department, Leading teacher, Year 9, and 11 Co-ordinator and 10 years as VCE Co-ordinator.

During her career, Pamela also headed up the VET certificate 2 Community service Childcare for 6 years as part of the senior school VCE / VCAL program.

Pamela has a strong community spirit, finding time to hold key roles such as Junior co-ordinator, Treasurer and Vice President at the Preston Baseball Club, where she was awarded a life membership after 20 years of service.

A natural communicator, able to extract the best of her many students, during a long career as an educator.


Alex Djorgonoski

As Director of Nicholson Real Estate, Alex is very focused and committed to helping others to be their very best. With industry experience since 1984, Alex is able assist others to navigate the renting and leasing application process and help those in need to have a place they call home.

Alex has a passion for helping people to search for a new home or investment, he loves achieving the best results for his vendors and tenants and enjoys the wide diversity of people he encounters daily. Alex has been a director for 22 years and an auctioneer for nearly 30 conducting over 2000 successful auctions.

In addition to real estate, Alex is a long-time member of Preston Baseball Club, where he has served as President for the last 15 years. When he’s not at work, he can be found at the baseball fields or spending time with his family. He also likes to travel, and his trips to Fiji inspired him to become a partner of a company that supports local Fijian families and helps them become self-sufficient in life.
